The Narooma Oyster Festival is an annual event held in the month of May. The fesitval features live music, local cultrue, fresh produce and of course, the world’s best oysters.

The A3 programme folds neatly to A5 so festival goers can easily refer to events and then tuck it away safe and sound into a pocket or bag.

Guest chefs’ recipes were featured along with a notes section to help those attending the cooking demonstrations successfully recreate the dishes at home.

The Key Outcomes Report is a valuable tool that presents the social, economic and intangible benefits of the festival which is incredibly important to securing future support and funding for the festival.
